Free service
You can use PaperFox's available PDF tools free of charge without an account, subscription or payment. Files are processed in your browser; PaperFox does not add its own watermark to your documents. Tools marked “Coming soon” are not yet available.
Technical limits
The maximum per operation is 75 MB and 150 pages. With multiple files, the total size and total page count apply. Your device's memory or browser may require smaller files. A file being within the limits does not guarantee successful processing of every file.
File integrity and backups
You are responsible for keeping backups of original files, checking the results and downloading the output to your device. In particular, check text, page layout, signatures and other document properties. PaperFox does not store your files on a server and therefore does not offer file recovery or backup restoration.
Unacceptable use
Only use files you are authorised to process. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights, spread harmful content or disrupt the site. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions without authorisation.
Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser or document, and error-free results are not guaranteed. Tools and technical limits may be updated.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PaperFox is not liable for data loss, business interruption or indirect losses arising from use of the service. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or consumers' mandatory rights.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Muğla (Türkiye) have jurisdiction over disputes.
